Standard Shipping (5-7 business days) - $8.99 flat rate
Priority Shipping (3-5 business days) - $13 flat rate
Express Shipping (1-3 business days) - $35 flat rate
Free Shipping:
Free standard shipping on orders over $100
All US territories are treated as domestic shipping - no customs fees or international duties.
International Shipping

International Shipping Notes:
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees
Delivery times may vary based on customs processing
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
Processing Time
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday)
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed

Handmade Products:
Hair oils are handcrafted in small batches
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you when they are back in stock
Made-to-order items may require 3-5 business days before shipping

Hair oils are wrapped in bubble wrap and sealed to prevent leaking
Wigs and hair extensions are packaged in protective bags or boxes
We use minimal packaging to reduce waste
Shipping Restrictions
We Cannot Ship:
To P.O. boxes for certain courier services (USPS P.O. boxes are acceptable)
To addresses that cannot be verified
Shipping Limitations:
During extreme weather conditions, shipments may be delayed
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or carrier issues
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged During Shipping:
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos immediately
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email at hello@psluxeglamor.com.
We will work with you to resolve the issue.
Lost Packages:
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you didn't receive it:
Check with neighbors or household members
Verify the delivery address
Contact us within 5 days and we'll open an investigation with the carrier
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Missing Items:
If items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of receiving it
We will verify your order and ship missing items at no additional cost
Address Changes
Before Shipping:
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately
Address changes can only be made before the order ships
After Shipping:
Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address
Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number to request address updates
Additional fees may apply for address corrections
Incorrect Address:
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for reshipping fees
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order
Delivery Issues

Carriers typically make 2-3 delivery attempts
If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local post office or returned to sender
You will receive a notification about pickup availability
Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is returned to us as unclaimed or undeliverable, you will be responsible for reshipping costs
If Refund requested, it will be issued minus original shipping costs
Returns & Exchanges
Return Eligibility:
Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery
Hair oils and opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons
Defective or damaged products can be exchanged or refunded
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged
We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
