Appointments and Cancellations Policy

Booking Deposit

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings. the deposit will be applied to your total service.

Arrival

Please Be courteous of your stylist's time and energy. There will be a grace period of 15 mins after your scheduled arrival time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a No-Show.

No extra guests allowed. You are allowed snacks or other entertainment such as a phone or tablet as long it does not interfere with your stylist's ability to work.

Cancellations

You must cancel your appointment at least 48 hours (2 days) in advance. You may reschedule your booking and your deposit will be used for the future booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours (2 days) in advance, will forfeit their deposit as a cancellation fee. To reschedule you will need to make a new deposit.

Rescheduling

If you plan to reschedule for a future time please contact us to confirm availability. Your deposit will be used for that future booking.

Please DO NOT book far in advance and forget your bookings. See the no-show policy below.

No calls, No Shows

No calls, No shows with repeated offenses may be required to make full payment upfront for future bookings. Please contact us with any changes in your booking at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance. The stylist reserves the right to refuse service to excessive offenders.
